The Naming System

Name

Many different parts of the world have different naming system. The most common naming system is putting our family name right after our given name or reversed, putting our family name first and then our given name. However in Malaysia, we don’t do that. We don’t have a family name. We only put our given name and our father’s name. In between them we put ‘Bin’ for male and ‘Binti’ for female. But, people in Malaysia nowadays start to NOT put the Bin and Binti for some unknown reason and it creates problems. But first, let me tell you how our names in Malaysia look like.

Male name – Ali Bin Abu

Female name – Nurul Binti Ahmad

As you can see, the ‘Bin’ and ‘Binti’ is between our name and our father’s name. However, most of us don’t have only one given name. We mostly have two or three given names. So our names mostly look like this:

Homosexuals and Their Logic

homosexual-clipart-Gay-Love-Equal-Love.png

This is pretty much a shock to me but homosexuality has become more popular than ever!! Homosexuals, if you don’t know, are people who are attracted to the same gender. Why is this shocking to me? Because in my country, most of us are Muslims and Islam prohibits us from having any kind of romantic relationship with the same gender. It’s just plain wrong. So I as a straight Muslim guy am very shocked to know that they are increasing in number. Having known that I try to imagine why and how they become homosexuals. I came up with this theory of mine.

My Take on Love

Funny-love-images-with-jokes

Love is such an important thing towards people my age. I see many people going into and out of relationship many times. My take on love, however, is that I think it’s meaningless. I believe that falling in love, or at least having a relationship at my age is a complete waste of time. Why? Because most of the relationship established would not last that long anyway. Eventually, all the couples today would break in a few years, I guarantee it. There are reasons why I feel this way.

“Treat People How You Want To Be Treated”

o-GIVING-facebook.jpg

“Treat people how you want to be treated”. This saying is very common in our lives. We heard it as early as our childhood years most probably from our parents. They tell us to always treat people well in order to be treated well in return. But in this crappy world that we live in, this saying is not accurate anymore. If we continue to give and give and give, we won’t get anything in return. People are naturally ungrateful, I just learned that. I’m trying to be kind to everybody and I don’t mind that much if they don’t do the same to me. However, there’s one thing that I consider important and will piss me off if people don’t do the same as I did. The sharing of knowledge.

Now before I go any further I want to warn you that this will just be a rant of mine. Hey, I’m just a young immature college student after all. So now let’s begin.

I’m a Terrible Teacher

Teachers

I never EVER want to be a teacher. Why? Simple, because I’m freaking bad at being one. I can be an average teacher if the people I’m teaching have a pretty strong fundamental knowledge of the subject or they are just fast learners. However, If they don’t have any basic knowledge or talent, well, this is when you can see that I’m in fact a terrible teacher. Let me give you some examples.

The World of ‘Cables’

computer cables

Cables. We are living in a world where we can’t survive without these ‘cables’. What are cables you may ask? Well, it means a group of people who has the authority or power over something. For example, you want to apply for a job but your academic requirement isn’t sufficient. But you coincidentally, know someone from inside the company. They then help you to somehow bypass the requirement needed and get you a job in the company. Basically, you use them to get a job from the inside. These inside people are called cables. I don’t know if anyone out there uses this term the same way as we do but here in Malaysia, we meant it that way. Now, I’m going to talk about one particular organization in my college that are apparent on having these kinds of people.

Looking Up at A Girl’s Skirt

anime-wallpaer-2
I don’t know what picture to put here so here’s a random picture. Yes, I’m an anime fan.

First of all, no, this is not going to be a lewd post. It’ll be completely innocent. Sorry if anyone searched for something perverted here, you’re not going to find it. That said, let’s jump right into the main act!

I once had the habit of looking up at a girl’s skirt. Not every girl, mind you, just this one particular girl. I was 7 years old and my cousin who is also the same age started this whole thing. In our school, the length of a school uniform skirt is all the way down to the feet. No no, it’s definitely not like those short skirts in Japan, it’s a long skirt.
